Elizabeth encourages her cliental to deepen their connection within, develop awareness and live more fully with a greater sense of ease and joy. Elizabeth has been involved with the study and practice of healing arts since 1985. To relieve confusion and inner conflict; Place palms of hands on the upper chest with fingers facing in towards one another. Eyes open 9/10ths, barely any light coming through. Breath Cycle: Inhale deeply for 5 seconds, exhale completely for 5 seconds, Hold the breath out for 15 seconds. Pull navel in towards spine on exhale. practice 3 minutes and/ or build up to 11 minutes.
