Aromatherapy (Essentail Oil Therapy) uses a highly concentrated extraction taken from large numbers of flowers or other plant parts to strengthen and promote physical, emotional and spiritual health. They support positive change and transformation of patterns which may have served us well at one time in our lives and yet in our present time and space seem to hold us back from being our healthy vibrant selves. Whether the oils are used internally or applied topically for aroma-therapeutic purposes, they can gently and dramatically improve your overall health and well-being.

Elizabeth draws on the Wise Woman tradition of plant healing as a way to support, nourish, tone and strengthen your body, mind and soul. Teas, tinctures, salves, flower essences, essential oils, baths, steams, & nutrition are chosen as part of a consultation and/or to compliment other healing modalities to provide gentle but effective relief for chronic and acute conditions or imbalances. Elizabeth creates each blend and remedy with reverence for the plants and their healing gifts. She will guide you in the use of all plant remedies so you may achieve optimum results. Plant remedies are safe and effective for adults, children and animals.

Elizabeth deeply appreciates the opportunity to have studied and apprenticed with the gifted teacher & herbalist Gail Ulrich, founder of Blazing Star Herbal School, in the late 80's. Certified in 1991, Elizabeth has furthered her studies with esteemed herbalists and plant medicine masters, Rosemary Gladstar, Dr.Rosita Arvigo, Pam Montgomery, Deb Soule, Kate Gilday, Don Babinau & David Dalton. She continues to deepen her relations with our many plant allies & Nature through independent study and practice.
