Through a keen sense of awareness of the abilities and needs of her students Elizabeth teaches the yogic practices of pranayama (systematic breathing), mudra (hand positions), mantra (the yoga of sound), and asana (simple postures) to strengthen the nervous system and balance the glandular system (the guardians of health) in order to increase stability and vitality within. Combined with meditation, these practices assist to restore your mental clarity & emotional balance, sharpen your awareness and improve your overall well being and connection to the Divine. Elizabeth assists you to become present within your body and in the moment, which supports you to bring conscious presence and ease within your daily life.

Elizabeth embraced a consistent yogic path and practice in her late twenties and began teaching in 1994. She is trained as a teacher of Integrative Hatha & Kundalini yoga and meditation. Elizabeth has furthered her yogic studies with Guru Dev Singh, master teacher & healer of Sat Nam Rasayan™, Amy Weintraub of Yoga for Depression and Life Force yoga and in depth independent study and practice in women's health and emotional - spiritual well being. Elizabeth developed and taught teacher training curriculum for Yoga Yoga of Austin, Texas with focus on women's health including menstrual health, childbearing years and menopause. She is a member of Yoga Alliance.

Elizabeth is available for private one on one consultation & practice and specialized groups.
