Last night while moon listening I took this photo. I have been moon bathing each night through this month of Moon frequencies. I have been drawn to be outside with the deep night sky of winter as the stars and moon shift through the night sky. This is deeply nourishing for me.
For me, moon bathing in my now life, consists of pauses throughout the day and night becoming aware of the moon no matter where she is, all that surrounds and myself. Most often the watery lunar aspects of the moon brings a deep calm and peace that gently washes through my whole being. Aligned Integrative Healing.
I have been moon bathing sense I was a young girl. Often I would just stop whatever I was engaged with. no matter where : : inside , outside, in a car, no matter where. Stop. Breathe . Gaze and Bathe.
My favorites have been sleeping outdoors through the night. I trust I will experience this again in my life time.
In this now expression of my life, moon listening happens while outside under the trees canopies with the stars and from inside, within my dreams each night as I sleep. And throughout the day.
