This past month continues to bring great change and growth through my life.
To support myself in meeting these transformative opportunities I continued my commitment of daily self care and reached out to those I trust for support with their supportive healing care.

A few belated mention-ables here along with a Cypress Light share and upcoming experiential learning opportunities for December.
I spent Halloween weekend on sacred lands just outside Austin city limits attending as student and teacher at the first MoonFlower Herb Fest. This weekend was rich and fertile with heart, sacredness, connection, and healing. The weekend brought many riches including reconnection with old friends, time with new friends & shared conversations with teachers who have shaped my life through the years. Every single moment was filled with heart and soul. Group gathering in ceremony and song, to smaller groups for classes, one to one time with whom ever you met along the path to personal time spent with Nature and Spirit. So much offered, given and shared. I will be nourishing from these magical three days through the coming year. Thank You!

This past week I was walking with a dear friend and ally. We were engrossed in conversation along a well tread local trail along the waters of Ladybird Lake. There are various passages along the path. One is a particular stretch of ancient Bald Cypress. I love walking along the waters edge with Cypress trunks to my side and arms of Cypress canopy arching overhead, their seed cones dangling along branch edges, their aroma essence in the breeze. I love this old friend. I have received and shared much healing with others with this trusted ally. If you live in or near the Texas Hill country there are many opportunities to meet this Tree Spirit ally. On this day we rounded the corner when the light came through in a rich golden way. We both paused our conversation spoke a few words of our love for this passage of Cypress. We then received the experience through our Hearts and Breath. What a lovely gift to receive.
